1. Visit vitaminshoppe.com and enter the name of the product you want to buy. Select the product from the list of available vitamins or supplements.
2. Open the product page and scroll down to the three tabs. They are labeled "Product Info," "Supplement Facts" and "Reviews." Read the Product Info tab to ensure that you have selected the right product.
3. Click on the Supplement Facts tab. This opens a tab that shows the nutritional value of the main ingredients in the supplement. At the bottom of the tab is a list of other ingredients used. Read this tab.
