There are many different reasons for poor female fertility. Luckily, there are many effective ways to improve it. Refer to the steps below to get started.

1. Take a Fertility Test
This first step is optional and is offered under the assumption that you have not already taken a fertility test. Set up an appointment with your doctor for a fertility test. There are different ways a doctor will check your fertility, a common way involves the doctor taking a sample of your saliva. These tests give you a good idea on what is going on within your body and can pinpoint specific reasons on why one may be having trouble conceiving a child.
2. Supplements
A few supplements that are effective in increasing a woman's fertility include: Selenium, Zinc, Folic Acid, and vitamin C. You can take these supplements individually or opt for a specially formulated supplement with a proprietary blend of vitamins and herbs that help a woman increase her fertility. Such supplements can be found and most vitamin stores.
3. Consult a Nutritionist
Schedule an appointment with a nutritionist and tell him or her that you are having trouble conceiving a child. The nutritionist will advise you on what foods and nutrients you should be taking into your body to increase your fertility.
4. Remember to avoid alcohol, caffeine , and cigarettes when trying to increase your fertility.
