It's important to start reading labels when purchasing your vitamins.








Understanding the difference between natural and synthetic vitamins is essential before making a purchase. Synthetic vitamins are often much less effective due to the chemically created components.


Read Labels


When purchasing your vitamins, it's important to read and understand what the information on the label means. Note if the source of the vitamin is natural or synthetic. The label may read "dl" which means the source is synthetic while a "d" means the vitamin source is natural. Natural Vitamins

Synthetic Vitamins


The properties of synthetic vitamins are manipulated in a laboratory. This often skews the absorption process by leaving out members of the micro-nutrient family.
