Eat More Vitamin D

The body needs vitamin D to properly use calcium and phosphorus and to assimilate vitamin A.


Instructions


1. Add fortified milk and other dairy products to your diet.


2. Eat eggs, liver and oily fish such as salmon.


3. Supplement your diet with cod-liver oil.


4. Drink in sunlight to get your vitamin D - spend about 15 to 20 minutes in the sun three times a week.
