Wrap Your Body In Saran Wrap

One way to temporarily fight cellulite and make yourself look slightly slimmer is to wrap your body in Saran Wrap. While the results of body wraps are purely short-term with no lasting effects, the skin of your thighs and buttocks can be smoothed in just a few minutes with the right skin care mixture between you and the wrap. As the wrap warms, you’ll sweat away excess fluid from the targeted areas of your body, and your skin will look sleek and smooth.


Instructions


1. Mix together in a bowl a cup of corn oil and half a cup of grapefruit juice. Add two teaspoons of ground theme to the liquid portion. Stir well.


2. Spread out old towels or sheets on your floor, massage table or bathtub. Cut lengths of Saran Wrap 4-5 feet long or more, so you’ll have enough to wrap around your body.


3. Place a length of wrap on your towels where your waist will be, with the wrap running perpendicular to how you will be lying down. Set the next length down from the first, overlapping by a few inches. Repeat until the wrap segments extend to your ankle area, each piece overlapping the one before it.








4. Bring your oil and juice mix to the wrap area. Remove your clothing and lie down in the center of the wrap without disturbing how it is spread out. Massage the oil/juice mixture onto your skin of your tummy, butt and thighs. Spread the mixture evenly; do not leave any bare portions.


5. Bring the bottom sheet of Saran Wrap forward and around your lower legs, tucking it under each leg to cover the skin. Work the next strip of wrap up, bring it forward and around each leg until you have worked all the way up to your waist.


6. Wait ten minutes with your entire lower body wrapped. Remove the wrap from your body after the ten minutes is up. Rinse yourself with clean warm water to remove the oil and juice mixture.
