Treat Eczema With Vitamins

2. Take 400 IU of Vitamin E daily. Children should take around 200 IU per day. Vitamin E helps to promote healing of the skin and also prevents the oxidation of essential fatty acids.








3. Take a Fatty Acid supplement that contains Omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acids. If you can't find a product like this, just take 1.8 grams of Fish Oil with a 480 mg dosage of EPA. Fatty Acids help to reduce inflammation and relieve dryness, and also helps to heal eczema.
