Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps make and maintain healthy skin
and hair, promotes bone growth and tooth development, and contributes to good vision.
Instructions
1. Eat liver and eggs.
2. Add fortified milk and low-fat dairy products to your diet.
3. Stock up on yellow, orange and red vegetables such as pumpkins, winter squash, carrots, red peppers, apricots and papayas. These vegetables contain beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A.
