Vitamin E
Vitamin E has profound effects on specific enzymes necessary for proper male fertility. A lack of vitamin E has been linked to lowered sperm count in men. Vitamin E also improves sperm motility. Doctors typically recommend a daily vitamin E dose of 400 IU for adult males.
