Get Rid Of Thigh Cellulite







Lumpy, bumpy thighs are not what you want to see when it comes time to get your summer wardrobe out of storage. Cellulite can make you want to stay inside or wear pants all summer long rather than expose your cottage cheese legs. It doesn't have to be that way. While you can't eliminate cellulite completely, you can reduce its appearance and feel more confident in your summer clothes. Use the tips below that tell you get rid of thigh cellulite and be on your way to that summer party in style.

First, work on the inner thighs with the seated pillow squeeze. Sit on a chair with your feet out in front of you flat on the ground. Using a pillow placed between your thighs squeeze tightly for one minute. Repeat this ten to fifteen times then move on to seated leg raises.








While still sitting in the chair with your feet on the ground, hold onto the seat of the chair with your hands and lift one leg up to a straight out position. Hold for 30 seconds then slowly lower. Repeat 10 times and then switch legs. (See Resources for Link)


3. Drink plenty of water and avoid sodium. Inches Aweigh, a website devoted to health and fitness, offers multiple tips on getting rid of cellulite, including keeping the body hydrated and avoiding sodium which causes water retention. Cellulite doesn't have to ruin your appearance. Get started on an exercise program geared towards your thighs as soon as you notice cellulite. Watch your sodium intake and get plenty of fluids. You can reduce the appearance of cellulite even if you can't get rid of it totally.
