3. Increase your Selenium intake. Selenium is actually a mineral and can be taken in pill form, but it is also found naturally in red meat and seafood. Keeping your Selenium intake at about 70 mg a day protects the sperm by helping to prevent oxidation.
4. Choose vitamin B12. This vitamin helps to increase sperm count and aids in their motility, the measurement of how many sperm, per sample, are moving.

5. Increase vitamin A intake to improves hormone production. An increase in hormone production can increase chances of conceiving.
6. Take B-Complex vitamins such as Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Pyridoxine, Biotin, Folic Acid and Cyanocbalamin, all of which increase hormone production.
7. Add vitamin C to your diet. Vitamin C aids in the production of cervical fluid, helping the sperm reach the egg more easily.
8. Go for the vitamin E. Studies have shown vitamin E to increase the quality of the egg, thereby increasing the chances of a successful fertilization.
