Instructions
1. Add to a food processor 4 minced cloves of garlic, 2 15-oz. cans of chickpeas, 1/3 cup tahini, 6 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/2 tsp. salt. Process until the mixture is smooth.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lay out pita triangles and brush each side with olive oil. Arrange on a cookie sheet. Bake the triangles for 10 minutes.
3. Serve the hummus with the pita chips on the side.
