Take Iron & Vitamin B Together

Taking vitamin B and iron together is simple and easy. B vitamins also work well when taken in combination with each other in a B-complex formula. There are several different B vitamins such as vitamin B-12, B5 and B3. Iron is a mineral needed by the body to produce red blood cells. Both iron and vitamin B help to increase energy levels, making them a great combination. There are also many foods that contain both iron and B vitamins such as turkey, chicken and buffalo.

Instructions

1. Go to your local health food store and buy iron pills and a B-complex supplement. There are many different types to choose from.

2. Each morning be sure to eat a healthy breakfast before you leave the house. Breakfast is the most vital meal of the day. You also need to take vitamins with food, so be sure to eat first.

3. Take one to two iron pills with water. Read the label to see dosage recommendations. In many cases one iron pill will fulfill your daily requirement. It can be hard to take too many vitamins at once. Take this vitamin first with water.

4. Take two to three capsules of B-complex vitamins with a glass of water. Be sure to drink an entire glass of water to keep the vitamins down.

5. Eat five to eight servings of raw fruits and vegetables daily. In addition to taking vitamins, you must also eat your veggies. Drink eight glasses of pure water each day also.
