Use Orange Juice For Wrinkles

Aging is a part of life, but everyone wants to do anything they can so that they don’t look old. One way to do this is by reducing the appearance of wrinkles on a person’s face. Wrinkles are common but can be improved simply by using orange juice in a variety of ways.

Instructions

1. Drink it. Wrinkles are often caused by a loss of or lack of Vitamin E in a person’s diet. Vitamin E helps reduce wrinkles, and orange juice is a good source of Vitamin E. Drink several glasses of orange juice each day to reduce wrinkles.

2. Apply it to your face. Besides drinking orange juice, the simple act of putting orange juice on your face will help add Vitamin E to your skin and will help to reduce wrinkles. Soak orange juice into a cotton ball and rub it over your face daily.

3. Add it to a facial mask. For the best results when applying orange juice to your face, you should let the orange set for 10 minutes. Since orange juice is too runny to set on its own, mix some orange juice with a facial face then apply it to your face.

4. Make a paste. If you don’t want to buy expensive facial creams to mix with orange juice, you can make a facial paste of your own. Combine thick ingredients such as bananas and oatmeal into one substance. Add some orange juice to this substance and apply it to your face as you would a mask.

5. Eat oranges. If you are not comfortable putting orange juice directly onto your face, add more fresh oranges to your diet. This way you can get the nutrients to your skin from the inside out.
