A fat soluble antioxidant, Vitamin C boosts the immune system and enhances energy release. It is essential for the synthesis of carnitine, a small molecule that transports fat around the body so it can be broken down and used as energy.


Vitamin D


Vitamin D is absorbed into the body from sunlight. It affects mood, energy levels and enhances brain functions such as memory.
