Instructions
1. Shake the container of Metagenics Ultraclear to loosen the powder and prevent it from clumping.
2. Pour 8 ounces of chilled purified or distilled water, or fruit juice of your choice, into a glass. You can also use 4 ounces of water and 4 ounces of juice.
3. Add 2 scoops (44 grams) of Metagenics Ultraclear to the glass. Stir well. Add ice. Drink slowly.
4. Do this twice a day for as long as your doctor recommends.
5. To make a smoothie using Metagenics Ultraclear: Combine 6 to 8 ounces of water, 2 scoops of Metagenics Ultraclear powder, 2 to 3 ice cubes and half of a banana or 2 slices of pineapple. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend to desired consistency.
