Use Colon Cleansing Products

On a daily basis, we are exposed to pollutants, which seep into the body and settle in various organs like the liver, kidneys and intestines. Detoxing can help eliminate these pollutants, and colon cleansing products, as a part of this detoxing, can help to internally cleanse the intestines so that built-up toxins and wastes can be dislodged and eliminated. Colon cleansing products, in combination with water and a healthy diet, work effectively in the removal of parasites, fungi and bacteria.

Instructions

1. Take colon cleansing products in either capsule or natural fiber form once a day with a full glass of water. When suffering from constipation or diarrhea, another serving can be taken, but the water intake must be increased. Always follow the directions on the container or bottle.

2. Follow a diet high in fiber and low in processed sugar and flour. White flour adheres to the wall of the colon and stops the colon from absorbing essential nutrients and vitamins. Fiber, on the other hand, cleans the colon.

3. Drink plenty of water. Water loss increases during the cleansing process, so dehydration can occur. Water also assists in the flushing of toxins from the colon.

4. Fast for a complete day on room-temperature water to cleanse the bowel and to speed up metabolism. Drink at least eight 8 oz. glasses of water. The only food that can be consumed is leafy, green vegetables or fresh fruit.

5. Spice food with ginger, garlic, cinnamon, coriander leaves or cumin seeds to help digest food and to cleanse the colon. These herbs also help with indigestion, flatulence and abdominal cramps.

6. Take pro-biotics toward the end of the colon cleansing process to add good bacteria to the intestines. Follow the directions on the cleansing product's container to ensure the duration or length of time is being followed.
