Apply Vitamin B5 To The Scalp

B5 applied directly to the scalp can help with hair loss.

Vitamin B5 is commonly used to help with the body's digestion, hair health and acne issues. This vitamin can be introduced to the body through different types of food, such as milk, broccoli, yeast, eggs and lean beef. B5 also comes in a vitamin pill or liquid form, which can be taken and used to help improve B5 deficiencies. Also known as pantothenic acid, B5 can be applied directly to the scalp to encourage hair growth and reduce the amount of acne found on it.

Instructions

1. Pour one tablespoon of the liquid vitamin B5 into the palm of your hand. Rub both of your hands together, spreading the vitamin over the entire palm.

2. Start at the base of your neck and rub your hands upward covering the scalp with the B5 on your hands.

3. Add more liquid B5 to your hands and start rubbing your hands from the temples toward the back of your scalp.

4. Use more liquid B5 and start rubbing your hands from the hairline at the forehead toward the back of your head.

5. Repeat these steps several times until your entire scalp is covered with liquid vitamin. Leave the vitamin B5 on your scalp for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse out thoroughly.
