2. Add more vitamin C to your diet. A deficiency of vitamin C can cause fatigue. Instead of starting your morning with a cup of coffee, get more energy naturally. Make a smoothie with fruits high in vitamin C or have a simple glass of orange juice. Not only will you get more energy, but you’ll start your day off in a healthy way.
3. Take B12 supplements. Vitamin B12 doesn’t give you energy directly. Instead, it helps create reactions in your body that give you energy.
