The Shakelee Cinch weight loss shakes come in three different flavors: chocolate, vanilla and café latte. The shakes are to be used as a meal replacement. You can drink the Shakelee shakes twice a day and then have a sensible dinner in the evening. If you rather not use them as a meal replacement, you can have them as a snack. To make the shake, add a scoop of the powder mix to one cup of water or skim milk. Stir or blend the drink to serve.
Shakelee also produces protein bars for the Cinch program that can be consumed as snacks while you are trying to lose weight on the system. There are currently three flavors available: peanut butter crunch, lemon cranberry and chocolate. The bars are meant to give you an energy boost with 10 grams of protein and 120 calories per serving.
Cinch energy teas are available as part of the weight loss plan and blends green, red and white teas. You can brew the tea to enjoy a hot or cold beverage. The tea is low calorie with only 5 calories per serving. The tea can be consumed at multiple intervals throughout the day.
Another component of Shakelee's weight loss system is the Cinch 3 in 1 Boost supplement. The supplement is touted as a multivitamin and weight loss aid. Shakelee says the product is a metabolism booster and has the ability to regulate a person's blood sugar. The manufacturer recommends that you consume three tablets per day, ideally taking one tablet with each meal.
