Instructions
1. Make an assessment of your current training regimen. Are you in the offseason, in maintenance, on a special diet or preparing for a competition?
2. Take all of the supplements in one pack of Animal Pak per day if you are in the offseason or simply maintaining your physique. Drink a full glass of water with the supplements to ensure proper absorption. The average athlete needs to take only one pack per day.
3. If you are in a heavy training course, take all of the supplements in two Animal Pak packs per day. These should also be taken with water, but you can take them at different times of the day. You do not have to take two packs per day unless you are in very strenuous training or an elite athlete.
