Glasses or contacts are not the only answers to improving vision.

Once vision begins to decline, improving vision usually brings to mind one solution--eyeglasses. Eyeglasses or contact lenses don't have to be the only choices. Taking proactive steps for your vision health is key to preventing vision loss. If vision begins to decline, consider other ways to improve vision without glasses or contact lenses.
